This shop is truly one of the honest shops around. They're not looking to get rich off people's car problems. They're honest n reasonable. He referred me to a state funded program that helps with the repairs I needed for my car. They were nice n even helped me with transportation from n to their shop. I would definitely recommend n would return to this shop.

I can’t say enough good things about A-Tech Auto Repair in Fresno! We’re full-time travelers living in a Ram ProMaster campervan, and while exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon, our brake service light unexpectedly came on. We were pretty worried that our whole itinerary might be derailed. I called A-Tech on Friday and they were able to get us in first thing Monday morning. From the moment I arrived, the guys at A-Tech genuinely felt like family. I decided to wait while they worked on the van, and the entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming. They offered me coffee and water, kept me comfortable, and made what could have been a very stressful morning so much easier. Ramon was especially great about keeping me updated throughout the process. He explained what they found, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured or like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need. As a woman dealing with car repairs, I really appreciated being treated with respect and transparency. They were fast, the price was fair, and they got us safely back on the road so we can continue our trip. As full-time travelers, I also really appreciate that they offer a warranty through a network of independent repair shops, which gives us extra peace of mind as we continue traveling. I recently visited Tech Auto Repair in Fresno and, overall, the experience was… adequate. The staff was courteous enough, and the work was completed, so I cannot say that the outcome was objectively disappointing. That said, I would not characterize the experience as particularly exceptional either. There seemed to be a certain lack of urgency and attention to detail that I found somewhat surprising. I appreciate that automotive repair can be unpredictable, but communication could have been considerably more transparent throughout the process. To be fair, my vehicle was ultimately serviced, and everyone I interacted with remained reasonably professional. Perhaps my expectations were simply higher than what was realistic. I would consider returning if circumstances required it, although I certainly would not go out of my way to recommend the experience. Rating: 3/5 — perfectly fine, but hardly unforgettable.

I have found my new Auto repair shop! Car repairs are hard to deal with.As soon as I walked in the staff was friendly and reassured me they would take care of me and my car. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the service was completed. When I picked up my car they had washed it and it was not only serviced and my air conditioner was fixed it looked like a new car! Thank you so much for going up and above! ❤️

I was looking to find a mechanic outside of the Acura/Honda dealer for a sythetic oil change/inspection at a reasonable chance. Willy and his team did not disappoint. I made an appointment online a few days before and I was in and out within an hour. Willy was also very nice letting me change the TV to whatever we wanted to watch while we waited. After the oil change he gave me a rundown of what the inspection found and didn't try to upsell me anything. I plan to come back for other services in the future. Thanks,

DTC code P0340, camshaft position sensor was the priblem. Discussed will A-Tech supervisors. They got the truck schedule in. Kept me updated on progress and notified me when repair was completed. I am very happy with the professionlism of the enture shop, highly recommend A-Tech repair if you have an automotive issue (my second vehicle serviced by them).

To start with their AI computer human person who knows that answers the phone continues to hang up on you and it’s quite rude. Don’t even know if it’s a real person gotta be a real person. I haven’t seen an AI that rude before barely wanna get my AC checked 8 AM in the morning they’re just opening but I won’t be able to get my AC checked until Monday. Well you always know when they first answer the phone if it’s not good you shouldn’t go to that place definitely one star or negative one not sure.

A-Tech has been performing maintenance and repairs on my car for the last few years. They are very friendly and they do excellent work for a reasonable price. price was a lot for me the total was $3000 for my ac lines and ac compressor.. but couple of other places i called was charging a couple hundreds more..n plus they have payment plans that really help me out a lot and they fix the the problem..after a couple of other places couldnt
